To Whom it May Concern,

     We want to express our thanks for the great service we received from C.H. Urness's Service Dept. on May 24th & 25th.
     While we were on vacation near Tygh Valley, OR, we went to The Dalles to meet up with some friends. While on the road, we heard excessive air noise while accelerating. We noticed the Dodge Dealer next door to the Dairy Queen where we had stopped for refreshments. We decided to stop in and see if they could enlighten us about what was causing the noise. There had been no warning lights, and everything ran fine. We talked with Brian Bariletti, in the service department, and he stopped everything to go talk to the diesel mechanic. They took the truck (3/4 ton diesel) into the shop right away. The problem was the intake hose to the turbo had blown a hole through it. They proceeded to tell us that we could not drive the truck until it was fixed. It was 4 pm, when the part was ordered from Portland, which we were told had a 3 pm cut-off time. Brian was able to get the part onto that night's shipment, for delivery the next morning. He arranged transportation for us to return to our trailer, and dogs.
     The next morning, when we called to check on the part, Brian told us that truck would be done by the time we got there. As we walked into the office, the truck was being driven out of the shop. What perfect timing.
     We would like to let someone know, that you have a dealership with personnel like Brian and the mechanic, that went out of their way to help someone from out of state get back on the road as quickly as possible. It was even more amazing for us, because without their extra effort we would have been stranded over the Memorial Day weekend.
     We want to Thank, Brian, the mechanic (Doug Zaugg), and the Service Department at C.H. Urness for being so GREAT.

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the personal service I received from one of the members of your parts department. I needed a part for my 2003 Chrysler Town and Country, and when I went to the local auto part stores here in Hood River, they all looked at me like I was asking about parts for a UFO. It was frustrating to say the least. I decided that they weren't going to be able to help, so I called your parts department yesterday at about five minutes to closing. The gentleman I spoke to was not only able to locate the part I needed in minutes, but he volunteered to bring it to my home, since he lives in Hood River. I was so appreciative! He brought the part to my door and fifteen minutes later the repair was done. I couldn't have been more impressed with the service I received!
